Definitions

Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

7.4 Disconnection Policy

Prohibited Conduct

Limitation of Liability

Account Suspension & Termination

bet44 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bet44 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected;
• Verification documents requested under the KYC process have not been provided;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the player or their payment provider;
• The account is subject to a legal hold or regulatory investigation.

12.2 Closure by Player

You may close your bet44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal verification process.

12.3 Effect of Termination
